Eggs - specifications for receiving. Eggs are to be received clean and sound and not exceed the restricted egg tolerances for United States consumer grade B as specified in United States standards, grades, and weight classes for shell eggs, AMS 56.200 et seq., (as amended on July 20, 2000) administered by the agricultural marketing service of the USDA.
