901:3-4-17(C)(2) State survey procedures for program evaluation
901:3-4 Retail Food Establishments
Licensing:
(a)
Licensor charges additional fees to retail foods establishments not specified in paragraph (C) of rule 901:3-4-03 of the Administrative Code; or
(b)
Licensor does not remit state fees to the director as specified in division (C)(2) of section 3717.25 of the Revised Code and paragraph (E) of rule 901:3-4-02 of the Administrative Code.
