3717-1-04.1(P)(3) Equipment, utensils, and linens: design and construction

Except as specified under paragraph (P)(4) of this rule, fixed piping, temperature measuring devices, rotary shafts, and other parts extending into equipment are to be provided with a watertight joint at the point where the item enters the equipment.
