3717-1-03.6(C) Food: discarding or reconditioning unsafe, adulterated or contaminated food

Ready-to-eat food that may have been contaminated by an employee who has been restricted or excluded as specified under paragraph (D) of rule 3717-1-02.1 of the Administrative Code is to be discarded.
