Except as specified in paragraph (N)(3) of this rule, slash-resistant gloves that are used to protect the hands when cutting are only to be used in direct contact with food that is subsequently cooked as specified under rule 3717-1-03.3 of the Administrative Code such as frozen food or a primal cut of meat.
