3717-1-03.1(S) Food: sources, specifications, and original containers

Pre-packaged juice is to:

(1)

Be obtained from a processor with a HACCP system as specified in 21 C.F.R. 120; or

(2)

Be obtained pasteurized or otherwise treated to attain a 5-log reduction of the most resistant microorganism of public health significance as specified in 21 C.F.R. 120.24; or

(3)

Be obtained from a food processing establishment defined in paragraph (B) of rule 901:3-23-01 of the Administrative Code.
