A container of shellstock that does not bear a tag or label or that bears a tag or label that does not contain all the information as specified under paragraph (O)(1) of this rule is subject to embargo, as allowed by rules adopted pursuant to section 3715.551 of the Revised Code, or seizure, and destruction in accordance with 21 C.F.R. 1240.60(d).
