"General use pesticide" means a pesticide that is not classified as a restricted use pesticide under the federal act which, except as provided to avoid immediate harm, may only be applied in a food service operation or retail food establishment under the direct supervision of a commercial applicator licensed as specified under section 921.06 of the Revised Code.
