Additive.
(a)
"Color additive" has the meaning stated in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, section 201(t) (as amended on December 29, 2022) and 21 C.F.R. 70.3 (f).
(b)
"Food additive" has the meaning stated in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, section 201(s) (as amended on December 29, 2022) and 21 C.F.R. 170.3 (e)(1).
