3717 Food Safety

A license holder may appeal an order issued under division (B) or (C) of this section as follows:

(1)

If the order was issued by a board of health, to the common pleas court of the county in which the licensor is located;

(2)

If the order was issued by the director of health, to the Franklin county court of common pleas.
