3717.32(C) Injunction

Fifty per cent of all fines collected under this section shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the food safety fund created in section 915.24 of the Revised Code. The remaining fifty per cent shall be credited to the general fund of the political subdivision in which the case is prosecuted.
