3717.27(C) Inspections

An inspection may include the following:

(1)

An investigation to determine the identity and source of a particular food;

(2)

Removal from use of any equipment, utensils, hand tools, or parts of facilities found to be maintained in a condition that presents a clear and present danger to the public health.
