3717.24(D) License endorsement to provide food service operation services

If a food service operation is operated within a retail food establishment by a person or government entity other than the person or entity holding the license to operate the retail food establishment, the food service operation may not be operated under an endorsement issued under this section. The operation shall be licensed as a separate food service operation.
