3717.01(O) Retail food establishments - food safety operations definitions

"Licensor" means one of the following:

(1)

A board of health approved under section 3717.11 of the Revised Code;

(2)

The director of agriculture acting pursuant to section 3717.11 of the Revised Code with respect to the licensing of retail food establishments;

(3)

The director of health acting pursuant to section 3717.11 of the Revised Code with respect to the licensing of food service operations.
